At Velaqi Astro, every piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail and artisanal quality. Because of the delicate, handcrafted nature of our products, we maintain a Strictly No Returns policy.

However, we want to ensure you receive your items in pristine condition. Therefore, we offer Size and Variant Exchanges strictly under the conditions outlined below.

Return Policy

  • Final Sale: All purchases made through Velaqi Astro are non-refundable. We do not accept return requests for cash refunds, store credits, or product swaps outside of damaged or defective deliveries.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if an incorrect variant was delivered.

  • Eligibility Window: Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be entertained.

  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags intact.

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To process any claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a clear, uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed outer package is mandatory. Claims without valid video proof will be rejected.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or scent profiles, as these are natural characteristics of handcrafted artisanal goods.

  • Products that have been used, burned, or handled after delivery.

  • Items returned without their original packaging or missing components.

How to Initiate an Exchange

If you received a damaged or incorrect item and wish to request an exchange, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery at our official support channels with your order number, photographs, and the mandatory unboxing video. Once inspected and approved, we will guide you through the replacement shipping process.
