  • Artisanal Variance: All Velaqi Astro items are handcrafted. Minor variations in shape, color, finish, or aromatic profile are inherent to artisanal production and are not considered defects.

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Payment Terms: Payments must be completed in full through our authorized payment gateways at the time of checkout before an order is processed and dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Dispatch & Transit: We make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within our standard processing timeframes. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary based on courier performance and destination logistics.

  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Exchanges & No-Return Policy

  • Strictly No Returns: All sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds or general returns.

  • Exchanges Only: Exchanges are strictly restricted to items received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect state, provided they meet our eligibility criteria (including a mandatory unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery).
