  • Dispatch Notification: Once your order is dispatched from our facility, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking details so you can monitor its journey.

2. Shipping Timelines & Rates

  • Delivery Partners: We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe transit across serviceable locations.

  • Estimated Transit Time: Standard delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days post-dispatch, depending on the delivery destination.

  • Delays: While we make every effort to meet these delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, logistical bottlenecks, or remote destination pincodes may occasionally cause transit delays.

4. Delivery Requirements & Address Accuracy

  • Accurate Details: Please ensure that your complete shipping address, landmark, and active contact number are provided correctly at checkout. Velaqi Astro is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery multiple times. If an order is returned to us due to repeated unavailability of the recipient or failure to coordinate with the delivery agent, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging carefully. If you notice that the package is severely damaged, tampered with, or leaking, do not accept the delivery or ensure you record an uninterrupted unboxing video immediately upon receipt to support any transit damage claims.
